Compensation : $29.33/hour (Approx. $61K annually)
Employment Type : contract to hire
Hybrid : In office and in the field (remote days from home as well)
Hours : M-F 9a-5p (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home support to residents with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, helping them build independent living skills.
- Facilitate group sessions focused on relapse prevention, harm reduction, and medication management.
- Collaborate with residents to develop personalized recovery goals and service plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, including Medicaid-billable notes and psychosocial assessments.
- erve as a liaison between residents and external treatment providers, advocating for access to detox, rehab, and other recovery resources.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, training seminars, and quality assurance reviews.
- CASAC or CASAC-T certification required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience working in residential settings with dually diagnosed, homeless, or mentally ill adults is essential.
- Strong group facilitation skills and the ability to engage clients in therapeutic and educational activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
