The revitalized facility will feature a championship-caliber course, a state-of-the-art education and training center, expansive practice facilities, and a commitment to community engagement through youth development and golf access initiatives. Cobbs Creek is more than just a golf courseit's a civic asset dedicated to equity, excellence, and opportunity.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Merchandiser to support our retail operations. This role plays a key part in shaping the guest experience through exceptional customer service, creative merchandising, and seamless shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional service to guests.
• Manage merchandise operations, including:
• Receiving and processing invoices in Golf365 Premiere software.
• Conducting monthly inventory counts with departmental staff.
• Designing and maintaining attractive, sales-driven merchandise displays.
• Attending merchandise and trade shows to place seasonal purchase orders.
• Promoting sales through creative advertising and promotions.
• Support daily golf shop operations, including:
• Booking tee times via Golf365 Premiere Tee Time software.
• Processing payments for merchandise and golf rounds through Golf365 Premiere POS.
• Answering phones and assisting with inquiries.
• Promoting campus programs, events, and activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher for reporting and merchandising support.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Experience with Jonas, Golf Genius, and website administration preferred.
• College degree preferred.
