Position Highlights:

• Salary: $102,500.00
• $7,000.00 Hiring Bonus Structure:
  • At Hire: $2,100.00
  • At 180 days (6 months): $2,800.00
  • At 12 months: $2,100.00
• Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)

• Assess client treatment needs and provide effective diagnosis and therapy.
• Conduct intake sessions and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy and therapeutic counseling tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize various treatment models, including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies.
• Measure patients' progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document all encounters and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively and support patients during transitional phases.
• Assist clients and their families in accessing additional services and resources.
• Engage in clinical reviews and provide findings as necessary.
• Meet clinical, administrative, and regulatory requirements consistently.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years' experience in treating individuals with mental health issues.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Required licenses include one of the following: LCSW, CSWA, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
