Lead Product Consultant
As a Lead Product Consultant with expertise in Mendix and Life and Annuities Insurance you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for our clients. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Your contributions will drive the companys mission to enhance customer experiences and streamline insurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Mendix applications tailored to Life and Annuities Insurance needs.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in Mendix development to optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into functional specifications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve insurance processes enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure seamless integration of Mendix applications with existing systems and platforms.
- Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Utilize your domain expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance to provide insights and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Mendix and insurance technologies.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Mendix application development with a focus on insurance solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance understanding key processes and challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a proven track record of managing complex projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Show ability to mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Display proficiency in analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

- The annual salary for this position is between $111,000 $131,000 + COLA+ Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
