Member Service Representative

What You'll Do: In this dynamic role, you'll guide members through their financial journeyfrom loan applications to closingwhile delivering exceptional service and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing members to understand and fulfill their current and future financial needs
• Processing consumer loan applications and consulting members on ancillary products
• Conducting member service transactions with accuracy and care
• Building strong, lasting relationships with members
• Meeting individual sales and service goals, including loan origination targets
• Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations
• Occasionally creating PowerPoint presentations to support internal communications

What You Bring

• Must-haves :
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or corporate setting
• Sales background with proven results
• Familiarity with banking products (checking, savings, credit cards)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• High School Diploma or GED

Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
