Member Benefits Specialist

Job Description

• Administers health insurance benefits for our members and

• Reps will take calls from providers and members regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility.

• 50-60 incoming calls daily

• Needs call center background experience. Healthcare background is a plus.

Shift/Work Environment

• Fully onsite, shifts are between 7a-7p, 8 hours shift. Shifts are given during training in the first week.

• First three weeks of training is M-F, 9am-3:30pm CT-onsite; 30 hours/week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
