Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 24 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Required - Must be able to take own pt assignment, with the support of an RN

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend requirement

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: Medical patients- COPD exac, Infections, failure to thrive, social issues

Previous Employment Requirements: Return staff policy - 1 year

7 days maximum time off
