Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Orientation is weekly, on Mondays / Rotate every other weekend unless there is a need and will be scheduled more than every other weekend. / Call Requirements: Yes, Depending on census, staff is placed on call or floated.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Med/Surg experience.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN or LPN/LVN in TN.
𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: geriatric, adults, typically only have 3-4 peds patients per year
𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Welch Allyn vital machines, masimno at bedside in every room, careview, telemetry, sara stedy, ARJO lift.
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Medhost - Clinical Experience
𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Number of Beds: 19
𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Yes, to medical detox, ICU, OB or ER (Task assignments for OB and ER), will take low level medsurg overflow patients in ICU with ratio of 1:3
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
