Patch Intake Specialist

Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Patch Intake Specialist to join their team. As a Patch Intake Specialist, you will be part of the Medical Equipment Production department supporting the quality assurance and operational goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, dependability, and a strong sense of accountability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patch Intake Specialist

Location: Deerfield, IL

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM

What's the Job?

• Follow regulatory standards, including HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Receive and process Patch devices, including de-kitting, verifying patient information, and uploading data to proprietary software tools.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces.
• Identify and communicate any safety, quality, or process issues promptly.
• Participate actively in lean and 5S improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three months of related experience, ideally in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Strong time management skills and flexibility to adapt to varying work assignments.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to support organizational goals.
