Job Title: Medical Biller
Location: Wayne, NJ- 100% onsite

Duration/Type: Contract (4 weeks, potentially longer)
Job Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Medical Biller. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of the healthcare organization. This position is based in Wayne, NJ and requires 100% on-site presence. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge of medical billing and claims processes, organizing payments, handling denied claims and follow-ups, speaking with patients about their accounts and responding to insurance company inquiries.
• Dispute/Appeal denied claims after processing.
• Read and interpret Insurance Explanation of Benefits for appeals and patient balance/statement inquiries.
• Follow-up on previously submitted disputes/appeals
• insurance verifications
• Document insurance benefits, co-payments, deductibles, and self-pay portions in the account to allow for collections due.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of medical billing experience required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
