This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Med Surg Nursing Manager to join a highly respected hospital located just north of Austin. This full-time, day-shift role offers the chance to lead a 45-bed Med Surg unit in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Shift Details: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus available. Relocation assistance offered.

Your Role

• Lead and coordinate all functions of the Med Surg unit on designated shifts
• Oversee quality of patient care services and ensure compliance with core measures
• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including conflict resolution, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain communication with hospital leadership and medical staff
• Be hands-on with patient care as needed to support staff and ensure high standards
