nAECOM is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern/Co-Op to be based in Virginia Beach, VA .
nThis position is expected to begin immediately.
nThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
n- n
- Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. n
- Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study. n
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
n- n
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. n
- Must have completed three years of study in university program. n
- Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. n
Preferred Qualifications:
n- n
- Successful completion of basic mechanical engineering thermal sciences courses - fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat/mass transfer. n
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is preferred. n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. n
