  Responsible for the design and development of advanced High Voltage battery packs for Hybrid and Electric vehicles.

  Responsible for creating 3D CAD data for Battery components and enclosures.

  n

• n

  Responsible for detail and layout drawings and engineering changes.

  n
n
• n

  Provide material selection and manufacturing feasibility.

  n
n
• n

  Conduct design reviews with engineering and manufacturing teams to generate engineering concepts and resolve technical issues.

  n

• n

  Create Bill of Materials and updating open issues list.

  n
n
• n

  Support Business Development activities by creating design concepts and prepare relevant quoting documents.

  n
n
• n

  Coordinate with part suppliers and outsourcing parts for prototyping activities.

  n
n
• n

  Utilizing structural analysis (Finite Element Analysis) and Thermal analysis (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to improve structural/thermal performance of the battery pack.

  n

• n

  Designing fixtures for battery assembly and testing.

  n
n
• n

  Work with Solidworks, Catia 3D, Solidworks Simulation tools, NX and Visio.
