This is a full-time, hourly level position. Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers
• Certification of performing A/C freon recovery and recharging, perform repairs on A/C
• Perform brake repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Mount and dismount tires
• Perform diagnostics with laptop computer
• Component replacement starters, alternators, and batteries
• Cosmetic repairs, decals, reflective tape, fenders, and bumpers
• Pressure test hydraulic systems and hose replacement
• Perform Annual DOT inspections on tractors and trailers
• Rebuild components

Ability to perform job tasks by understanding and following work procedures. Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems that apply to employee's classification. Ability to pass all test required of classification. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay for this position is expected to be: $27.04.
