Compensation: $21.15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport racks, ingredients, and equipment as needed
• Operate mobile powered equipment effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• Accurately record rack and weight information
• Ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications
• Complete all documentation proficiently and accurately
• Support the production floor as required
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety Policies
• Learn and comply with HACCP and Food Safety Policies
• Participate in additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Availability for weekends and overtime as needed
• Willingness to undergo required training
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong computer skills
• Attention to detail for following schedules and directions
• Self-management of tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to operate mobile powered equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in production environments
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong computer knowledge
