Material Handler

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. This role involves receiving and unloading products, operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and utilizing scanners for inventory management. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, staging products for loading, and occasionally using a computer to print labels.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and unload trailers.
• Operate a Crown electric stand-up forklift and a sit-down forklift.
• Utilize scanners for inventory management.
• Stock shelves and stage products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Occasionally use a computer to print out labels.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a forklift, including both sit-down and stand-up types.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, shipping, order picking, and stocking.
• Familiarity with pallet management and loading/unloading procedures.

Work Environment

This position is located in the Receiving Department on the loading dock within a high-speed environment. It requires flexibility and willingness to assist in multiple areas. The facility is non-temperature controlled and tobacco-free.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25/hr.
