Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a focus on promoting and advertising for our physicians. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of daily tasks and projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to promote physicians and their services.
• Create new and consistent high-quality marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools .
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and community partners.
• Support physician outreach campaigns across multiple territories, including quarterly travel (or as needed).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs and other performance indicators to direct manager and hospital leadership.

• Collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Requirements
Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or physician marketing a plus).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/graphic creation tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and cross-functional priorities.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive projects forward.
