Shape Your Future as a Marketing Liaison

• Assess medical conditions and pre-screen patients from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Develop strategic call plans using the Referral Development System (RDS) to drive referral volume.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new business opportunities within your designated territory.
• Educate community members, referral sources, and healthcare providers about our hospital programs and services.
• Identify opportunities to strategically position our hospital in the local healthcare marketplace.
• Address and overcome admission barriers, ensuring a smooth admission process.

Qualifications for Success

• Valid driver’s license in your state with a clean driving record.
• CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with preference for clinical roles.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse liaison or in a successful healthcare sales role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market is a plus.
