Manufacturing Construction Worker

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Construction Worker to join our team! If you have previous experience in construction, carpentry, or home building, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all manual labor tasks within assigned construction area
• Build, install, and finish modular home components according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have 6 months to 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Experience using hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
• Basic construction knowledge (framing, flooring, drywall, or finishing preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
