What You'll Do:

As part of our Global Market Access team, you'll engage in high-impact projects focusing on value, access, pricing, and commercialization strategies for our life sciences clients. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients from pre-commercialization assessments to launch pricing strategies in major and emerging global markets.

• Lead teams to design and deliver projects that address key value and access topics, including pricing and reimbursement studies.
• Utilize strong market research skills, including qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, familiarizing yourself with various pricing methodologies.
• Understand and navigate the access landscapes across critical geographic markets such as the US, EU, LATAM, and APAC.
• Use your business acumen and expertise in global market access to develop strategic recommendations that effectively tackle client inquiries.
• Manage your time efficiently and guide your team across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure strategic insights are developed to address client questions on value, access, and pricing.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering actionable insights and developing long-term relationships.
• Contribute to developing new methodologies and intellectual property for future engagements.
• Share your expertise through thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy/planning.
• 5-7 years of relevant consulting experience with a focus on value, access, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development processes.
• Adept at analyzing complex data and formulating effective strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Experience in client management and content delivery.
• Experience in leading teams and managing performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for client work as needed, up to 25% of the time.

• Graduate level degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PhD).
• Track record as a project manager and a strong team player.
• Attention to detail and superior communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $102,000.00 to $170,000.00, reflecting the value of your skills and experience. Our benefits package is comprehensive and designed to support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
