Supplier Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Manager with extensive experience in managing and auditing extrusion suppliers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supplier quality management, particularly in extrusion, and will lead a team responsible for auditing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the quality of extrusion suppliers.
• Conduct audits of new and existing extrusion suppliers.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for supplier audits.
• Apply ISO auditing standards to evaluate supplier performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of experience in supplier quality management at a global manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in managing and auditing extrusion suppliers.
• Experience with ISO auditing standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Leadership experience in managing a team.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in Lakewood for 3 days a week, with flexibility on the specific days. The role may involve up to one international trip per month, including destinations such as Singapore and Malaysia, with trips lasting up to one week. Relocation assistance is available and will be tailored to personal needs and experience level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
