Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the safe and effective operation of the hemodialysis program, adhering to all applicable guidelines.
• Develop and organize the hospital's hemodialysis services.
• Implement policies that ensure the highest quality of care.
• Oversee dialysis staff to maintain patient care excellence.
• Act as a representative for the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address patient concerns and communicate changes promptly.

Qualifications:

• License or Certification:
  • Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Preferred: CRRN certification.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• At least one year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• At least one year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as required.
