Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Day Shift. between 8:00 am - 4:30pm. This is a salaried position. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:

- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current licensure in the State of Illinois as an RN. Required
- Must obtain certification in specialty within 2 year of hire. Acceptable specialty certifications are Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM). Required
