• Comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to all necessary policies and standards.
• Conduct all assigned imaging examinations efficiently to support patient throughput.
• Exhibit flexibility by working various shifts and locations as necessary.
• Ensure proper scanning and storage of completed examinations in PACS.
• Act as a PACS Superuser, following downtime procedures and escalating issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems, report malfunctions, and coordinate with management and maintenance staff.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support department objectives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical imaging; previous mammography experience preferred.
• Basic computing skills required.

Licenses/Certifications:

• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required.
• Mammography (M) by ARRT needed within 1 year of hire.
• State Licensure requirements include:
• Texas: MRT by TMB
• Louisiana: LRT (R) or (F) by LSRTBE
• New Mexico: RRT by MIRTP NMED
• BLS certification required.

Work Schedule: 5 Days - 8 Hours
