The role you'll contribute:

The Maintenance Technician III's goal is to perform tasks, including dealing with equipment in cooperation with all staff members in assisting with safe and effective patient care. Performs any other duties as assigned and directed by the Facilities Manager in compliance with the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the facility. The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for adhering to the Corporate Compliance Plan, to the rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies. Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects and tests equipment. Follows established procedures and receives daily instruction on work. Responsible for general maintenance related to the facility and assists other trades as needed. Performs the installation, maintenance, and repair for the PHD Division which consists of more than 175 locations. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility.

• Individual responds promptly to all calls for emergency repairs. Takes care of any duty assignments that may arise to an emergency. Is available for on call. Responds to any hazards and / or emergency situations as the situation requires; maintains universal precautions.

• Provides analysis and vendor coordination when level of repair necessitates 3 rd party engagement. Provides recommendations, strategies to address repeat issues.

• Assumes lead maintenance tech role as needed. Performs all duties as required (issue prioritization, new center set ups, facility moves, special event scheduling, etc.)

• Provides guidance and priority setting for work orders, engineering staff and minor projects.

• Provides oversight of work order completion and work conducted by team to ensure repairs are done correctly to minimize repeat work.

• Repairs and maintains equipment in warehouse area. Diagnosis and repair equipment malfunctions on all warehouse equipment.

• Performs the installation, maintenance, and repairs for Centra Care, Primary Care , and Primary Care Network locations, collectively more than 175 locations with plans for rapid expansion.

Minimum qualifications:

• High School Grad or Equiv
