Maintenance Lead

Job Summary Details :

The Maintenance/Lead troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and maintains parking meters, gate equipment, and snow removal equipment. Assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner. Capable of learning new skills/maintenance related tasks. Proficiency required in working with hand/power tools. Valid drivers license required. Fluent English required. Ability to work with job-specific applications/technology. Flexible availability including nights and weekends as needed. Detailed janitorial/custodial as needed. General landscaping duties as needed (weeding, planting, leaf blowing, bed cleaning, etc.) Lifting requirement of 50 lbs. Ability to work during adverse weather conditions including snow, rain, etc. Other duties as required. Pay: 23.00 Hourly: Hours Vary

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license

• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications :

• One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred

• One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities :

• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts

• Handle heavy workload of calls

• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return

• Manage workload and job scheduling

• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork

• Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)

• Keep manager informed of customer feedback

• Communicate effectively and promptly

• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team

• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company

• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups

• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
