We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Employee to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the premises, vehicles, and grounds while performing a variety of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, landscaping, vehicle care, and basic repair tasks. Attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to quality work are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address issues with plumbing, electrical systems, or other facility-related equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Yard and Grounds Maintenance

• Mow lawns, trim bushes, and maintain landscaping to ensure the property is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Remove debris, leaves, and trash from outdoor spaces.
• Perform seasonal maintenance, such as snow removal or watering plants as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance and Cleaning

• Wash, clean, and detail company vehicles to maintain their appearance.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, such as monitoring tire pressure, oil levels, and fluid levels.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Equipment and Tool Management

• Safely operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment required for tasks.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are stored securely and in good working condition.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies during maintenance tasks.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards in work areas.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
