Role name: Developer Role Description: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 12 plus years of experience in software architecture design and development with expertise in Domain Driven Design, Service Oriented Architecture, and Distributed Systemsexperience in technical leadership roles focused on platform engineering or infrastructure Proficiency with containerized technologies (Docker) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Terraform) Proven ability to design, operate, and maintain distributed systems (monitoring, observability, automation, etc.) Strong development skills building backend API services using Python (preferred) andor JavaScript Practical experience with asynchronous programming, type safety, threading models, state machines and data structuresPreferred Qualifications Familiarity with AIML technologies including LLMs, AI Agents (LangChain, Google ADK, etc.) Track record designing client-agnostic APIs using REST andor GraphQL Understanding of OAuth 2.0 fundamentals (authentication, delegated authorization, etc) Experience with managed cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical audience Competencies: Digital : Machine Learning, Digital : Kubernetes, Digital : Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
