Job: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite)

Contract

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with large datasets, applying preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve models over time.
• Integrate ML models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ML research and technologies, and apply them as appropriate.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Experience with data analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., pandas, NumPy, SQL).
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices (e.g., version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, and machine learning theory.
