M365 Solutions Engineer
We're looking for a highly skilled M365 Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting complex solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing complex IT solutions
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including tenant migrations, feature rollouts, and configuration management
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the M365 suite, providing high-level support and ensuring user satisfaction
- Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate, and Azure DevOps for automating workflows and improving operational efficiency
- Experience managing M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including security and collaboration policies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Privacy, Network, and Engineering, to manage system performance and data integrity
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience providing high-level technical support for key projects or events, ensuring execution and a positive user experience
- Experience visualizing data using Power BI
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft SharePoint Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
