As a Lube Tech (Service Tech I) at United Rentals, you'll use your skills to perform maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs on trucks and equipment iin a safe and professional manner. What you'll do:

  Perform maintenance checks on rental trucks and equipment before and after use

  n

• n

  Report truck and equipment condition to Management

  n
n
• n

  Perform minor repairs of rental trucks, equipment and tools including checking oil, grease, fluids and tagging of equipment for rental ready status

  n

• n

  Demonstrate trucks and equipment for customers

  n
n
• n

  Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts

  n
n
• n

  Other duties assigned as needed

  n
n

Requirements:

n
• n

  High School diploma or equivalent

  n
n
• n

  Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  n
n
• n

  Basic knowledge of construction equipment

  n
n
• n

  Strong mechanical aptitude including knowledge of tools applicable to position

  n
n
• n

  Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

  n
n
• n

  Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

  n
n

Compensation Range:

$21.90 - $32.85
