Overview:
Assume the responsibilities for direct care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or provider in patient care departments. Provides nursing services to patient and families in accordance with the LPN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN, med-level provider or physician.
Patient response to care is reported to a registered nurse/provider for evaluation, intervention and modification of the plan of care.
Ensures documentation of care is complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association (AHA), Education: College Diploma: Licensed Practical Nurse (Required), Work Experience:

Salary Range:The compensation range for this position is $23.9per hour - $39.91per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
