Job Description

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and record daily progress
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active LPN License in Alabama
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Education and Certification Requirements

Educational Background : Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Licensure : Valid LPN license in Alabama
Certifications : Current BLS certification required
