Your Role as a Home Health LPN

As a BAYADA LPN , you will:

• Follow personalized care plans to meet each patient's needs.
• Provide medication administration, wound care, treatments, and patient monitoring.
• Work independently in the field while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Document care using electronic charting.

What You Need to Join Our Team

• Active LPN license in South Carolina
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes
