• 24hr-on, 48 or 72hr-off options available; Rotating weekends and holidays
• 36 hours per week  – Night Shift  - 7p – 7a; Every 3rd weekend rotation and holiday rotation
• 4 shifts/week – 10:45pm-7:15am (8 hour shifts - .8 FTE); Every 3rd weekend rotation and Holiday rotation
• 4 shifts/week 9:45pm-7:15am (9 hour shifts - .9 FTE); Every 3rd weekend rotation and Holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed.
• Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
• Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient’s needs and medical goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school per applicable licensure
• Current license in the State of Iowa or meets criteria established by the applicable Board of licensure
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified
