Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Specialist to join our team in a cGMP-regulated environment. This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of logistics operations including receiving, sampling, storing, distributing, and transferring materials to support manufacturing processes. The role also involves weighing and kitting of materials, handling hazardous shipments, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute receiving, sampling, storage, and distribution of materials per cGMP procedures
Perform weighing and kitting of raw materials for manufacturing
Handle and ship hazardous materials as required
Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, drum lifters, etc.) safely and efficiently
Utilize enterprise systems such as SAP, LIMS, DCS, POMS, and PQS for data entry and inventory management
Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts, maintaining 100% accuracy
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Ensure work areas and equipment are clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Identify and escalate process issues and suggest improvements
Follow all safety protocols and report incidents immediately
Support washing of equipment and miscellaneous material handling duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred
Familiarity with cGMP environments and validated computer systems a plus
Ability to operate or willingness to be trained on powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts)
Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Note: This is a full-time onsite role, Monday through Friday, first shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM). Flexibility and reliability are essential.
