A leading company is looking for a logistics expeditor to support their team. This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to, logistics, data entry, maintaining an order log, communicating with various departments, and much more!

What You'll Do

• Commitment book process: Insures that commitment books are processed correctly; reviews and schedules orders for upcoming commitment books along with item maintenance for books
• Communicates with appropriate division staff regarding product needs/orders for the commitment books
• Responsible for all pulling and responding to emails in the Commitment Changes mailbox
• Answers and responds to calls from the scheduling phone line, as needed
• Helps handle the scheduling of group emails, dealing with Carrier requests and changes, as needed

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of logistics experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
• Exceptional follow-up skills with sense of urgency
• Proven leadership, assertiveness, interpersonal and analytical skills proficiency is essential
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
