Logistics Associate

Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
+$.75 shift premium for night shift

+1.25 shift premium for overnight shift

Available Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2PM (Day)

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Night)

3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Overnight)

About the Role:

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and safe movement of merchandise. Your responsibilities will include preparing, processing, and accurately managing product flow while adhering to established production standards.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, process, and manage merchandise, including picking, packing, shipping orders and returns, as well as loading and unloading trailers.

• Input data to create and maintain reports for inventory tracking.

• Deliver exemplary customer service by liaising with vendors and associates to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety regulations and promptly reporting any irregularities.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain productivity and accuracy.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with dress code requirements.

• Be flexible with your schedule, and be willing to work any designated shift or overtime as needed.

• Willingness to complete company training programs and cross-train in at least two departments.
