Logistic Associate

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Logistic Associate in Carlsbad, Ca. This position is a long-term position with a great client with a kid's art and creativity company.

Responsibilities for Logistic Associate job includes:
• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage EDI and non-EDI orders from acknowledgement through invoicing. Coordinate shipments, create Bills of Lading (BOL), and handle returns and credit issuance.
• Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships through open and effective communication.
• Logistics Coordination: Proactively address logistical issues such as inventory constraints, shipping delays, and purchase order revisions.
• Vendor Compliance: Maintain and update vendor compliance manuals and portals. Review, dispute, and track chargebacks. Ensure all internal teams follow the latest compliance requirements.
• Administrative Support: Perform data entry, confirm orders on vendor portals, maintain detailed customer records, and generate necessary shipping and labeling documents. Support ticketing projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Logistic Associate job:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or related field
• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics is preferred
• Experience in a senior or lead logistic role, with a focus on coordinating complex supply chain operations
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, inventory control standards and compliance with shipping and logistic regulations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution. Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end logistics activities such as shipping schedules, transportation management, and vendor relations.
• Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems, previous experience working with Business control system is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating warehouse operations and shipping processes.
• Skilled in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, improving logistics. workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics regulations, including import/export laws, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
