• Monday - Friday, choice of 7am - 3pm or 7am - 5pm shifts
• 2 - 3 cases per day per provider, facility total 9 - 15 cases daily
• Independent CRNA practice model
• Mix of orthopedic, GI, and general cases
• No call required
