About The Position
We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity starts on Oct 7, 2025, for a 3-day assignment with day shifts from 9am to 8pm, Tuesday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care for minor injuries and urgent concerns in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment for patients presenting with minor injuries and urgent medical concerns
• Deliver high-quality patient care in an urgent care environment
• Perform suturing as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols

Additional Information

• California medical license required
• Board certification in Urgent Care required
• Provider Enrollment and Chain/Ownership System (PECOS) certification required
• Prior urgent care experience preferred
• Must be able to suture
