VHS is looking for a qualified Physicians Assistant - Surgical.

• Description: Specialty: Cardiovascular surgery Start Date: 2/1/26 Contract Length: 3-6 mo option to extend Shift Details: M-F 7a-5p night call 5p-7a Weekend call. Schedule: full time coverage needed. Provider must be able to offer at least 1 week of M-F and call coverage. Work Details: Amount of coverage needed per month: full time Patients per day: They will not be responsible for signing in as first call for any patients. Morning rounds typically between 5-10 ICU patients with faculty. Patient population/age: adults EMR: epic Skills required: MUST be proficient in first assisting endoscopic vein harvesting and CABG Practice Setting: Academic/Training Requirements: Board Certification: NP but have RNFA License required: KY license required for NPs PA can license Minimum experience required: o Must have at least 1 recent year experience first assisting in cardiovascular procedures o Must have endoscopic vein harvesting skills o Must be proficient in first assist o Must have Epic experience Credentialing Timeframe: 180 days All inclusive?: No BRs: 250/hr 450/night call 2000/ 24 hr call 365/hr call back Shift Info: Day 5x10-Hour 07:00 - 17:00
