Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide instruction, support, and guidance to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring compliance with IEPs and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, staff, and administrators.
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique learning needs of each student.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to ensure accessibility for students with disabilities.
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Special Education or related field.
• Valid state certification/licensure in Special Education.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant laws/regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and support students across multiple disability categories.
