Role: RRT – Pediatrics (Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics)
Facility: Rady Children’s Hospital, San Diego, CA
Start Date: December 8, 2025
Shift: 3×12 Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
Duration: 13 weeks

Experience Requirements

1 year of experience in a Level IV NICU or Level I Trauma facility
Can be at a children’s hospital or a mixed adult/pediatric facility

✅ Preferred:

Experience in PICU or Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU)
Can manage trachs, vents, suctioning, oxygen therapy
Strong pediatric ICU skill set (able to work across NICU, PICU, CTICU)

License & Certifications (Must Have)
CA RCP (Respiratory Care Practitioner) License – must be in hand
RRT – National Certification (NBRC)
BLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA)
NRP (AHA, Advanced only – not Essential)
Must already have or be registered for an Advanced class before start date.
✅ Preferred:
NPS (Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist) certification
