Position Summary:

The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.  Tasks and responsibilities include assessing plans and evaluates patient care needs. 
 

Qualifications

Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
Candidates need to have ACUTE CARE RN EXPERIENCE (it doesn't need to be in the Med-Surg) * The ACUTE CARE RN EXPERIENCE needs to be within 3 years UNLESS THE CANDIDATE HAS SEVERAL YEARS OF OF RN EXPERIENCE THEN IT CAN BE WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS!!! 
If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.

If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN  License)
