Job Description:

Perform clinical triage and respond to patient inquiries over the phone.
Coordinate prior authorizations and manage administrative clinical workflows.
Provide patient education and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
Support providers in care coordination and quality initiatives.
Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to team-based care delivery.
Occasionally assist with direct patient care when needed.

Qualifications:

MA RN License

BLS certifications
