Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Manager, Medical Telemetry

Location: Margate, FL

Shift: Full-Time | 10-Hour Variable Shifts (Days/Evenings)

Employment Type: Permanent

Requirements:

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
Licensure: Active Florida RN License or Compact License (meeting Florida eligibility requirements).
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), or Nursing Supervisor in an acute care hospital.
- At least 1 year of current acute care experience in a hospital setting.

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
Experience in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and hospital systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly range: $38.52 – $53.70/hour (based on experience).
Sign-on bonus and relocation package available as needed.

Schedule Details:

10-hour shifts, full-time days or evenings.
No weekend requirement.
40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
