HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract nurse RN Behavioral Health for a local contract nursing job in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Number of Staff – ~150
Type of staff:
- Day Shift – (1 charge,2 RN, 2 MHT, and 1-3 sitters)
- Night Shift - (1 charge,2 RN, 2 MHT, and 1-3 sitters)
Patient Ratios – RN 1:8 shared nursing model
Type of equipment – Glucometer, office equipment, O2, tube feeding
EMR – Meditech
Typical Procedures:
- Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
- Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety and oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients.
- Participate in development and implementation of plan of care.
- Communicate the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention and promote collaboration within the health team.

Requires:- ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of Psych RN experience in an inpatient hospital setting- 1 year chemical dependency/psychiatric experience or a strong desire to learn skills associated with this field.- BSL and CPI Certifications- ID RN License- Rotating Weekends
