Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. This role requires a commitment to excellent patient care on a busy medical-surgical telemetry unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Tele environment.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and implement care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele.
• MUST HAVE Ohio RN License or Compact State License in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores required.
