Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Med/Surg telemetry nursing, demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE a valid Ohio or Compact state nursing license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must be able to complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
